Official Fall
Déjà vu happened! I think I dreamed this before. Except it was with a different person, but close enough. =)

So, I went to the fair this past weekend. It wasn't that great of a start since the ground was all wet from the previous night's rain. Then at about noonish it starts to pour water from the sky. I swear, if it went on like it was, the fair would be flooded in an hour. Well, only my dad and brother had an umbrella so we got kinda soaked. I didn't have a jacket and I was in short sleeves so I wasn't in the greatest position. I wasn't cold, but I didn't like having my shoes soaked. I got what I wanted from the fair. An amber bracelet and my nail art thingy. =) And my cheese covered fries, even though the gloomy appearance of the fair made them not so appealing. Oh well.

Today was the first day for my Monday/Wednesday classes. I got there late because there's always parking! There's supposed to be! Even the F lot was packed! So I was like 30 minutes late to class. I didn't miss much besides the reading of the syllabus. (For my mythology class). It seems like an ok class. Lots more myths about other cultures rather than Greek. The one story I read so far for hw is one of those symbolic stories that I hate. But at least it explained everything.

My sign language class is ok too. I didn't understand a lot of what the teacher was signing. I need to brush up on that. Learning languages is interesting though. Sign language isn't a tough thing to catch onto.

Let's see...

People in my classes don't seem that interesting, but you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover (even though everyone does it anyway). Damn this un-social college! Or maybe it's just me. I tend to put off an un-social aura...

I think I'm going to try to join a sorority this quarter. My cousin invited me to go to her sorority's rush so I'm going to that Wednesday I think. I'm also going to check out the sororities on CSULA's campus so I'm going to the sorority/frat night too. Mainly because of U-cash, but I want to get involved more since I can't join clubs with my schedule. Stupid work. But it pays for my unnecessary purchases.

This weather has been strange. Rain for two days and today, bright 80 degrees! I don't like it. And I don't get it. Today is supposed to be the official start of Fall according to my mythology teacher.

I'm feeling pretty blah.
