A good amount of things have been going on recently. For one, I'm really tired from today's sorority rush. I went with my cousin to her sorority rush (Alpha Delta Kappa). I had a pretty good time talking to the girls and other random frat guys who came for the food I'm assuming. The girls were nice, but I didn't really click with them. It was held at Sequoia Park in Monterey Park and was extremely warm outside. It was a nice event. I'm just tired from talking. So much talking.

Went to karaoke on Friday. I love Max Karaoke. Side from little A/C, it was awesome. Plenty of songs to choose from at a cheap rate. $5 hr/person. Nice. They even had musical and TV theme songs to sing to. My voice was giving in within the first hour but I still sang in a monotone. We played at the arcade next door for awhile which is always a great place. Got myself corn in a cup and some pineapple juice. <3

I changed my mythology class to political science because I didn't like the teacher for mythology. I love my political science class though. The teacher's pretty kewl. He has a comb-over that he always touches. =) But he likes to crack jokes too so it's fun. I'm attracted to political history for some reason. Probably embedded in my mind that politics are good from Gomez's class. I can't stand current politics though. Always changing. I changed my work schedule too so I have lunch buddies now! =) Yea. Awesome.

My asian studies class is going alright. I don't like the way the professor teaches though. He puts up powerpoints and explains as we're copying down the slide. I don't like that method of teaching because then I tend to focus too much on copying down what's on the powerpoint. I like it when teachers lecture and occasionally write something on the board. But I'm sticking with the class because I like that we have group work. I love group work. My group is pretty kewl.
